Yes, we give our Customers the option to choose a professional at any time, so we recommend contacting the Customer and sending your quote as soon as you receive the job opportunity.
If you reach an agreement with the Customer, don't forget to click the button within the Opportunity details that says 'I made a deal with the customer'.
The button should only be clicked if you've actually reached an agreement with the Customer.
