Once you've sent the quote, if you get the job, click on the 'I made a deal with the customer' button within the Opportunity details.
If the button is not clicked, the quote may be automatically removed from the relevant section of your account.
If you need to reactivate the Opportunity because you got the job, contact our Support Team by writing to: support@homerun.co.uk
If you need to retrieve the Opportunity details, you can do so through your Balance, where all completed transactions, including the Opportunities you've sent a quote for, are visible. To view your balance, follow this path:
Settings > My Account > Balance
If the Opportunity you're looking for isn't among the most recent ones, click on 'See All.'
