The 'I made a deal with the customer' button will be visible within the Opportunity 24 hours after you send the quote to the Customer.
It will be available in the Opportunity for both the Professional and the Customer and should be selected once an agreement has been reached. Alternatively, you can inform us via email about the jobs you have secured.
If the button is pressed by the customer you'll get an email and notification from the HomeRun app specifically notifying you of this.
After selecting the 'I made a deal with the customer', the Opportunity will move to the 'Deals' section of your profile. It will no longer be available to other Professionals and will be closed.
It's essential to use the button only after reaching an agreement with the Customer. The Customer will only be able to leave you a review if you have clicked the 'I made a deal with the customer' button.
