Requests created on HomeRun are automatically sent to the Professionals who best match the information provided by the Customers.
When a new Job Opportunity becomes available, you'll receive a notification on the HomeRun Pro App, via SMS, and email. That's why it's important to have notifications enabled both in the App and in your phone settings.
Once you receive the notification, you can access it immediately and send a quote. Requests close automatically once the Customer receives quotes from about 4 professionals. To maximize your Opportunities, we recommend responding quickly by sending a quote.
