On the day following the appointment date indicated in your request for the work to be carried out, you will receive an email that will allow you to leave a review by accessing your account on HomeRun. To make a review, just open the job from your account: from the menu on the right (the 3 dots) you can choose the ""Write a review"" option.
You will not be able to leave a review if:
1. A Professional has not been selected in your HomeRun account. Once you have reached an agreement with a Professional, log in to your account, open the request, and make your choice by clicking the 'Select Quote' button for the Professional you wish to collaborate with.
2. Too much time has passed since the date indicated in the request. To update the date, you will need to notify our Support team by writing to: support@homerun.co.uk
Your review will be published on the Professional's profile after an additional check by our team. Please note that on HomeRun, you can only review the Professional selected for the service.
