It is the responsibility and duty of the Professional to pay the taxes required based on their fiscal regime. Homerun is a platform that connects professionals with Customers and, as such, has no obligation or authority to control or penalize.
However, those who create unfair competition by not paying taxes on the services provided through Homerun harm both Homerun and all other registered professionals. As Homerun, we ask you to respect the law, pay your taxes, and avoid unfair competition.
