You may receive two types of communications: service-related and promotional emails.
To stop receiving promotional emails, you will need to unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the emails.
Service-related emails, on the other hand, do not contain any promotional content but are sent to keep you updated on the management of Opportunities. For example, we will send you an email if a new Opportunity is available or if a Customer has responded to your message.
If you are active on HomeRun, we recommend that you do not deactivate these notifications. However, if you wish to proceed, you can disable them by following the path:
Settings > Account Settings > Opportunities Notifications
In the same section, you can choose whether to receive notifications via the App on your mobile phone. In this case, download the App and make sure to activate notifications in your phone's Settings as well.
